  • wellll I do it pretty often. My boyfriend and I go out to eat quite a bit so I like to save the calories for it. I don't think there's that much harm in it.

  • Your spine compresses during the day when you're sitting and walking around and whatnot, and while you're laying down for an extended period of time, it expands again. Its not a huge difference, but enough to make you slimmer during the morning hours and less slender towards the end of the day :)
