Why are people saying this?

It is really hard to quit smoking and not put on weight. I used to chain smoke marijuana. When I quit I gained 80 pounds in 8 months. The problem is is that when a person cuts out one form of coping(in this case smoking) they find another form. Binge eating is an extremely hard thing to quit, because you can't just stop…

That's very true.

Oh okay. I can barely touch my toes right now, maybe if I work on it I can become more flexible. Actually a while back I used to be able to bow my head down and get kind of close to my leg as I sat and did a toe touch.

That is a good technique actually, because for some people is it really hard to get started on actually beginning to lose. Something I did that helped me start to lose was limiting my carb intake and trying not to stress which would lead to overeating.

These don't sound like bad things to me. One thing that stuck out is #4. Wouldn't you love to play with your daughter? Maybe go on bike rides or play tennis together, depending on how old she is. Also, you're saving money and can buy other things like maybe healthier choices when grocery shopping. And not too long ago, I…

Yes, I agree that moderation is a really big key factor in eating right.

If it works for you then there's nothing wrong with it, but they don't work for everyone. But usually if someone ends a diet they gain their weight back in most cases, and it seems like people complain about that a lot. Losing weight and keeping it off usually happens by having a mostly or completely permanent change, like…

Yeah, that's mostly what I mean. For me I'm actually doing a 30 day shred, barely started, but I really like a few of the exercises on level one such as the reverse curl-up and the lunge/bicep-curl and would probably do them outside of the 30 day shred. And it works for me. Also, I'm a christian so i'm trying to keep the…

What you do at work counts as really good exercise to me.

Oh my gosh, i'm barely gonna be turning 19 in december. Most people mistake me for being younger. Doesn't the braids and headband give it away? haha

Right now my scale at home says I am 230 lbs and I am 5'2, 18 yrs old.

Well, with my taco salad I had about a measuring cup and a half worth of ground beef cooked with taco seasoning and refried beans over lettuce. It's possible that I over logged the ground beef because I never measured it. It could have been just a cup of ground beef or less, but i'll never know for sure since it was over a…

Great work! How tall are you, though? Because I am 230 lbs and 5'2 and I look like I have a pretty big belly, arms, and thighs. Whereas in your picture at 211 lbs you look pretty thin.

You are right. But i'm mostly German. My dad is full german and his parents are from old germany

I am actually german, scandinavian, dutch, and a few other things I can't remember. i'm a mutt haha :)

Junkfood. But I also really can't control myself around a peanut butter and jelly sandwich or a cheese quesadilla. Or chocolate, but who is counting that as junkfood? haha
-
How tall are you? Because i'm 5'2 and I still have a hanging belly at 150 lbs. Here it looks like at 178 your stomach is already almost flat.

Ghosts, spirits, demons, demon possessions, poltergeists, are very real. Watch The haunted on Netflix. I honestly don't understand why people don't believe in stuff like this. Just because someone doesn't believe something, doesn't mean its not there.

It's totally fine to eat more. 1,300 is a very small amount. If you exercise off the calories that went over your calorie goal, you are fine. Try doing something fun, if you don't really like working out. Like tennis. Aerobics are really good too. And vigorous cleaning can burn a good amount of calories. Put on some music…

Either half black/ half white, or a european mix kinda hard to tell

Hey feel free to add me. I think we're around the same age :) I want to lose around 80-100 pounds.

This is all very true. But for me, I can't control myself very when I am allowing myself carbs like sandwiches, tortillas(I love cheese quesadillas), cake, or cereal. But I do ultimately love vegetables and fruit more, so the change doesn't hurt :) For me, I am hoping to always be on a carb fast, with an occasional cheat…
