Tea or coffee?
I'm thinking about switching to Tea from coffee. They both have zero calories but, with tea you don't need creamer and usually you don't need sugar. Thoughts?

Feeling a little sick
Lately I have been feeling a little sick to my stomach when I work out. Even now when I just walked the dog I felt a little bit queasy when I got back. Maybe I am just getting a little sick or is it because the weather has been so hot?

People who eat less than 2000 cals...in need of support
How do you do it? I always go up to at least 1800 and at most 2500 or more. I hear a lot of people having success from eating only 1200 or 1500 or something and I don't get how they do it. Why I believe fad diets don't work for everyone
The diet doesn't work, because you end it. Eating right and exercising, should be a lifestyle change. Not just, I'm gonna do this for a few months and then stop. Looking for a little advice....
I tend to stay up a little later than I should and end up snacking. I'm afraid that the small progress I've made will be reversed. Any ideas to help me get to sleep early enough to avoid late night snacking?

How do you guys eat?
Do you guys measure, weigh, or count everything? Or do you just estimate everything? I've been wondering because I just estimate and it seems to work fine because we use different measure cups at my house often so I can mostly tell how many TBSPs of peanut butter I am using when I make a sandwich.

Is this good?
My goal is 1600 Calories are 2220 Exercise burn is 550 Net is 1700 I estimated all these numbers. I like it when my gross calories are under 2000 or closer to my calorie goal. That would make my net much lower than my goal if I am successfully burning off calories. Would my body go into starvation mode?

Your pant size might be lying about the size of your waist. I was a size 11 with a nice round butt. I was 150 and 5'2.
