Feeling a little sick

Lately I have been feeling a little sick to my stomach when I work out. Even now when I just walked the dog I felt a little bit queasy when I got back. Maybe I am just getting a little sick or is it because the weather has been so hot?

The heat can definitely do that. But then again so can a lack of food, at least for me. Are you drinking water during the day? Especially during the heat? Did you take water with your on your walk?0

It's very hard to say. Make sure you are well hydrated before you go and drink plenty of water once you finish exercising. It could be heat related but if it continues for more than a few days you might want to ask your doctor.0

Hmm, okay. I drank a ton of water yesterday but not as much today. Actually when I did drink water it was with a juice mix. I did drink a little water now and am feeling a little better, but yesterday I was a little queasy too.0
