I think you could go completely unprocessed if you wished. Fruit in the morning would be healthy and energizing. Salad would be good for dinner or lunch, but I think you should also eat vegetables and nuts/seeds/oats to get protein. You need protein and fiber in your diet.

I like to make two pieces of toast with butter and a fried egg. Pretty filling for breakfast and is around 350 cals, give or take.

And my feet hurt a lot if I've been on them for long enough. I think like an hour does it and the pain gets really bad.

That is part of the reason. Also, I have an overeating problem and MFP helps me keep that under control. Also, diabetes runs in the family, and I want to be able to put my shoes on without feeling like I'm all scrunched up and stuff, and get up from the couch without looking like I'm trying to grab onto something invisible…

Like most people have said, it is because you're body is becoming more womanly. I noticed the same thing about my legs. I have a lot more hips than I used to. It makes my lower thigh look a little thinner. I'm sure that there are men who like your womanly legs :)

Maybe increase your calorie intake to 1350 or 1400. And also, tea helps curb hunger cravings when you know you could wait a couple hours until dinner or something or late at night when/if you know you shouldn't anymore one day. Also, you can add me if you want. :)

Well, I am christian. The bible teaches us that because the holy spirit is within us and that we are made in god's image we should take care of our bodies. For me, that is part of the reason I want to get fit and eat healthy.
