9 hours on workdays. I go straigt from work to pick up my kids and then we go to the gym. After I get home I try and stand as much as I can. I burn about 250-300 cal with this class. It's fun and since I don't do typically do weights on my own it gets me working my muscles 2x a week.

Monday - Step class Tuesday - eliptical + bike for a 500ish calorie burn Wednesday - eliptical for 30 min and body pump class Thursday - step class Friday - zumba Saturday - Step class + body pump class Sunday - step class All the classes are at 24 hour fitness and last 55 minutes.

I have the same experience with Dance Central for the Kinect. I'll do an hour and it says I burned 225 cal but my Bodybugg will say 560...definitely worth getting a HRM or something like that!

We are having a lot of snow here is WA so no gym yesterday. Today I plan on doing some videos while the kids are asleep so hopefully that will make up for the missed calories burned yesterday! I just bought a Bob Harper video so we'll see how that is.
