3625/3500. With all the snow in my neck of the woods I almost took a rest day today. Then I saw I only had 230 cal. to go to hit 3500 and that was all the motivation I needed. I did yoga and took the dog for a snowy walk so it was still a "rest" type day compared to my normal workouts but it did the job!

I will buy the Green Giant Steamers for when I don't feel like planning ahead. 1 bag isn't all that many calories and it's just veggies with a sauce of some sort. Otherwise, I bring portioned out leftovers or a pre portioned, ready to throw together salad.

I hit the gym for an hour, cleaned, put the kids down for naps early. Then we'll head to my dad and step-mom's for a few hrs and then off to my mom and step dad's for the remainder of Christmas Eve. I'm glad i don't have as much cooking/baking as you OP although all of that sounds DELISIOUS!

I definitely need to invest in a food scale and for $7.50 there is no reason not to! We're going to my MIL's house so I don't want to seem weird in using measuring devices while dishing up; this seemed to be a good option for being away from home.

I meant I lose nothing for weeks and then one week I lose 4 pounds, then nothing for weeks again. I don't lose weekly.

Yes, I personally don't lose consistently although I excercise and stay within my calories. I'll lose like 4lbs all at once though.

Don't think about the excercise just do it. If you start thinking about it you find a million reasons to talk yourself out of doing it. I just go to the gym and it's part of the routine now, not a chore. Good luck!!
