I'm a mom of 2 (3 1/2 & 1 1/2). Started this journey about a year ago at 205 and have lost about 50lbs. I ate some of the Chicken Tortellini Pasta salad meant for my co-workers on the way to work today (at 6:00am). No fork, just fingers in the bowl, and it was delicious.

I started out with eliptical and stationary bike for a total of 50 minutes of cardio. I added in step-classes a couple days a week in September 2011 and I still do it twice a week. I have gotten Jennifer Garner and Hilary Swank, I don't see it. I used to get it a lot about 9 years ago when I was thinner and am starting to hear it a little again now that my face is slimmer. I'm the mom obviously :wink:

Like a previous poster, I also get the Premier drink from Costco (very reasonably priced). They are good compared to other drinks I've tried. Just make sure they are super cold when you drink them :) Costco also carries the Muscle Milk drink which is tasty but you don't get as much protein as the Premier brand drink.
