Meal prepping is key for me! when I don't meal prep or have some idea of what I am going to eat I end up all over the place. Great job on your meal prep:)

I recently started weighing my food out as well and was very and I mean VERY surprised. I think it will be my new best friend in the kitchen for sure!

If anyone on this site judges, then I believe they are on the wrong site. I think we are all here for the same reason. I am very much an emotional eater and have yo yo dieted for years! It always helps to have a "buddy" to keep you motivated on good and bad days. Good luck to you.
