I get headaches when I don't drink enough water or I don't have enough potassium in my diet. Also, if you have stopped on coffee, you could be having caffeine withdrawal.

I am 5'3". I have lost 11 pounds and presently weigh 143 pounds. I would like to get to 130 pounds because it is a healthy weight for me. I don't understand how the adding works but I would be interested.

I don't know if you exercise but you need to do that to lose weight. I would get your thyroid checked if you are worried about it. We have that issue in our family and it does impact your health. I am 5 feet 3 inches. I try to eat under 1250 calories a day because I used the Fitness Pal to calculated it for me. I think it is in goals. I exercise but I only lose one pound a week. Personally, I think that is healthy. It is tons of work to do, though. Plus, it is hard to patient about it.

I did look at your diary. I try to eat the same thing for breakfast, lunch and snack when I can. I find it makes easier to plan. The great thing about fruit and vegies is they are low calorie. I make sure that I exercise daily with a DVD. I find it helps a lot. You are doing well.
