  • I found my weight didn't change. I did put weight on with the pill so obviously that's a good sign that not all contraceptives make each individual gain weight however your situation could be different x

  • I'm 22 in 2 weeks :) Looking to lose between 8 -14 lbs we'll see how we go with the 8 first. Previously lost 1st 4lbs last year and have regained 4 and that's with a couple of hospital stays and Christmas so still 1 stone lighter than June last year!   • Adding all the UK people so I can nose at their diaries for ideas! I always get upset when I can't find stuff in the UK and it looks so yummy on a US diary haha! I'm returning after a 4 month lapse ( good ol love eh!) but we're doing it together now so should be possible! Good luck and stay motivated!! :) x

  • I'm 5 ft 4 and 152 at the moment. Probably looking to lose about 12 lbs to 140 but I'm quite happy not being teeny tiny. :) I've mainly been around 144 and that looked fine on me. Smallest for me was 132 abd whilst the compliments were nice it was so hard to maintain and I was just on the borderline between 2 sizes :(
