  • I don't believe in starvation mode, but I do believe there is an optimum level of calorie intake for *sustainable* weight loss. I also know, for me, that if I don't eat enough calories for a week, I don't lose anything, but if I add maybe an extra 100-200 calories on a couple of the days, I will lose 1 or 2 lb that week.…
