I am over my protein everyday too, someone posted that the protein levels are set too low on here. I have lost 3lbs since joining mfp (lost 7 before joining) and being over on protein hasn't caused me any issues.

I "weigh in" Monday mornings, but i get on the scale everyday out of habit. Its part of my morning routine, hop on the scale, have a look and then get in the shower. But I only log my weight once a week. Monday mornings work for me so I don't go too crazy on the weekends, which is when I find it hardest to stick to healthy…

I purposely weigh in on Monday mornings, I find it helps from going too crazy on the weekends.

I buy frozen and fresh veggies but I am finding the sodium in soups (even the reduced sodium varietes) its in my bread, its even in the protein drink I use. Buying everything fresh (especially chicken) is much too expensive. Its not really about me adding salt after the fact its the salt thats hiding in everything it seems.

I am using P90X, pretty intense but I love them.

I gotta say I am a chip lover too and did not want to give them up, so my sister told me about pop chips and voila! I can still have my chips and dip too, just have to read the labels and only eat the 1 serving not the whole bag lol...
