I don't even bother weighing myself at that time of the month because I know I will be up a few pounds from water/bloating and if I weigh in it just makes me mad lol. For the craving you could try low cal hot chocolate that usually does the trick for the chocolate cravings :)

When I was doing P90X I was doing the lean program which included yoga but not Plyo, so I did the plyo instead because the yoga was WAY too long and WAY too boring for me lol.

Eat if you are hungry, keep it healthy of course and start fresh tomorrow. Blowing your calories for one day is no big deal, I have done it a few times and I am still losing.

I am slave to the sugar too, always hits me after dinner....if its not in the house I am fine because I won't go get anything from the store, but if its here I will eat it :( Still very much working on self control.

I gained this week and I logged it and my total weight lost went from 11lbs lost to 9 :sad: But its my own fault, gotta stop going so far off track on the weekends.

I agree there is no way you gained 3lbs of fat overnight, it will just be water weight from all the sodium.

You only need 500mg a day, and I notice on days that my sodium is high the scale is not so friendly the next day because it makes you retain water.

I have a HRM and go to Zumba twice a week, for me at 5'5 and 135lbs I burn between 400-450 it all depends on your weight how much you would burn. Good luck, its lots of fun :)

You look great! And I must say I am pretty jealous, because no matter how much weight I lose, or how toned I get my stomach will never look like that without plastic surgery....keep doing what you are doing, because its working :)

I kind of guessed, made it around what I was before I had my daughter (almost 11 years ago) and now being only 5-6 pounds away from my goal, I want to make it lower because I know I won't be happy in 5 more lbs....

I have a heart rate monitor and I have hard time believeing it sometimes, yesterday for example it jumped to 542 calories burned after about 10 minutes of Zumba class, mine only cost me $70 so maybe its just a crappy one lol...not sure what to trust so thats why I try to stay at least a little under my calories most days…

Well I am not a big "sweater" but based on my HRM my workouts are working, so maybe you just don't sweat as much? I sweat when I workout but it isn't ever dripping off me.
