I weigh in, in the morning before breakfast, and after using the washroom, I figure that would be my "truest" weight.

I can loosen it but I am thinking if its loose it will slide up and down during running, jumping jacks etc. but I will give it a try, where its digging in is right where my ribs meet, very uncomfortable. I only wear it during my workout and take it off as soon as I am finished, so maybe today I will loosen it a bit, shove…

Not sure, I filled it out for me at 5'6 starting weight 146 going (hopefully lol) to 130 and I put it at 2lbs a week and it gave me 1200 then after a few weeks I felt I was too hungry so I changed it to .5-1lb a week and it changed to 1320, so not sure why yours is staying at 1200.

Keep an eye on your sodium levels, sodium can make you pack on water weight fast. Keep drinking lots of water to flush the excess sodium out of your system. I had a high sodium couple of days and put on almost 2lbs.

I have heard of this for nursing mothers, when I was breastfeeding my daughter I was told by my doctor not to lose weight too quickly because the broken down toxins would be in my breast milk and be ingested by my daughter. He didn't metion anything about it making me sick though, but it seems possible.

You could try these http://www.nbc.com/the-biggest-loser/exclusives/nutrition/curtis-stone-recipes/vanilla-cupcakes/ I haven't tried them yet but they are 60 cals, and 0g of fat per cupcake.

Yes I am sure sugar free syrup would work, as for the peanut butter I don't think it matters which brand you use because unless its all natural peanut butter they all have sugar in them.

You need to try a different one, I did Plyometrics today and I have done it 2 or 3 times already and it almost kills me everytime lol, you picked THE hardest one to start with. If you want an easier cardio one try CardioX and if you are looking for a upper body workout arms and shoulders is good. Just keep going, you'll…

I wouldn't worry too much about 2.5lbs, could just be normal fluctuations, weighing yourself at different times of the day, what clothes you were wearing when you weighed..TOM...sodium...2.5lbs is a really small amount and could be caused by any number of things. Just keep going with what you are doing it will work. I have…

Well I am in Canada and i don't think our sizing is the same. I saw someone on here say they were a 155lbs and 5'6 and bought a size 6. I am currently 142lbs and 5'5 and there is NO WAY I could fit into a 6, more like a 8-10, I think vanity sizing is ridiculous, why can't they just size stuff properly? Makes no sense.

Yup I have them too, mostly below my belly button (which looks nothing like it did pre-pregnancy) and some on my boobs and on my butt. I figure I am stuck with them. I am not willing to spend the money on Bio Oil considering my strech marks are not little and it wouldn't likely do much for them. Sorry I couldn't give you a…

I "weigh in" once a week but I jump on the scale everyday lol...I measure once every two weeks or so.

I work on my feet all the time too, walking and stuff, and I don't count it, I try not to count anything I was already doing before I actively started trying to get in shape. I figure I was doing all those things before I started and they didn't make a difference so why would they now? I only count actual exercise, not…

I don't think that is possible, the layers of your body are skin, then fat, then muscle so you can't build muscle over fat.
