Well try this instead!!! I just finished and I could get to my computer fast enough to rave about it!!!!

I cooked mine on a George Forman Grill and I put canola mayo on it too.

Delish!!!

Cajun Chicken Sandwiches
6 Servings
Prep: 10 min. + marinating. Grill: 10 min.

Ingredients:
6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 ounces each)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon pepper
6 kaiser rolls, split and toasted
12 slices tomato
6 lettuce leaves

Directions:
Flatten chicken to 1/2-in. thickness. Brush both sides with oil. Combine the seasonings; rub over both sides of chicken. Arrange in a 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Using long-handled tongs, moisten a paper towel with cooking oil and lightly coat the grill rack. Grill chicken, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from the heat for 3-5 minutes on each side or until chicken is no longer pink. Serve on rolls with tomato and lettuce. Yield: 6 servings.



Nutritional Analysis: One sandwich equals 323 calories, 6 g fat (1 g saturated fat), 66 mg cholesterol, 701 mg sodium, 33 g carbohydrate, 2 g fiber, 32 g protein. Diabetic Exchanges: 3 lean meat, 2 starch.

    I do enjoy my Wendys Spicy Chicken, that I also get at M&M meat shops, wasn't that long ago the spicy chicken breast box they sell actually was stamped with Wendys (ie at that point they were one and the same)

    I look forward to trying it for certain at home but I'll have to make some adjustments... sodium!
    1/2 teaspoon celery salt
    1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
    1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
    all 3 of those are salt... at least the lemon pepper seasoning I have the main ingredient in it is SALT.

    The stuffs everywhere I tell ya!
