Okay... so this is crazy to me. I did all the calculations as you listed and it comes out to me eating 1,934. This just seems like a ridiculous amount to eat to lose weight! I am not by any means trying to loose a lot, but it just seems if I eat all those calories, that I would maintain my weight.

I am pretty miticulous with what I am eating. I track and measure everything. So I believe I am pretty spot on. Maybe I'll incorporate some weight training too?

Thanks so much for all the replies! I just plug everything in to MFP and make sure I am getting close to the net calorie amount. I did look back at this last week and starting with saturday, I had -121 remaining, 49 remaining, 240 remaining, 73 remaining, 244 remaining, -65 remaining, and then of course today. So my trend…
