Its always interesting to me how different everyone's body type is. I'm almost 5'7 and I have a larger frame. My ultimate goal is 150-155. I have been down as low as 144 and I looked sickly. My face was drawn in like a skeleton and my ribs and hip bones were sticking out everywhere.

All things in moderation. If you can afford it calorie/carb/fat wise depending on your diet if you are craving and it is at hand, have a little to satisfy. While I don't have any advice, I feel your pain. I have been doing pretty much the same thing (minus the Zumba) and haven't dropped a pound in 3 weeks. I eat a lot and I'm usually between 800-950 calories a day. I'm so frustrated! I'm eager to hear others responses. :wink:
