Due the first couple weeks of December!! Little boy. First time mom. (Dec 13 official, but doc said bc of my short cycles that we should expect babe closer to Dec 8 or 9.) Babe has consistently measured, via ultrasound, 7 days ahead of where the Dec 13 would put him, but I have read these at not terribly accurate. :smile:

I changed my goal to < wt loss per week and that upped my calories. So hopefully that is better.

Well, I was 10lbs from my goal. I am now 2.7lbs from my goal weight. I was trying to set to a higher activity level bc the calories were so low. I've been getting dizzy / low blood sugar. I was assuming they use that to calculate your BMR.

I just need people to stop offering me delicious foods all the time. People bond over food. When I'm dieting I feel left out.

Awesome, thanks! (And I know that the actual weight lifting is low calorie use, but it seems to crank up my metabolism enough that it seems like it should be accounted for somehow.)

I just don't consider myself to be THAT active, but maybe I just move more than I think I do? I know this sounds kind of bass ackwards, as I'm pretty sure I've heard it said people tend to think they more MORE than they actually do.

Logging exercise, yes, but I notice that it doesn't seem to give you and "calorie" credits for weight training.. so not sure what to do there.
