But dinner at 8:30pm, snacking at 10pm (even if it's under your calorie count) IS food that will "just sit there" and not be as likely to get worked off. Usually means your calcium intake is too low. You CAN take calcium pills... but greek yogurt, or nonfat milk or the like will help too.
