My advice is your figure out your BMR. If your body is getting too little nutrition, it's going to hold on what it has. 1200 is so little and in my personal opinion, not healthy. When I upped my intake to 1800, the pounds started to fall off.

overnight oats that included: 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1 tbs of peanut butter, 1 banana, 1 tbs semi-sweet chocolate chips and 25 blueberries and tbs of creamer with my coffee. mmmmmmm so full til lunch. 539 calories

Sorta. I just started to measure myself via inches and I've been at this since February. :/ But, I tried on a pair of shorts yesterday that I haven't worn and used to fit and now THEY ARE TOO BIG! I was in shock because, well I just was. Great feeling :) How often do you measure yourself?

Hey. I'm all for wanting to be fit and healthy and to look better. Isn't that they we're all doing this? For health and to look hot? But you worth more than just sex. Your value isn't in how good you look physically. You gotta find your motivation deep within :)

I just stopped buying crisps in general. It's just never an option. I snack on PB on toast with a sliced banana with cinnamon on top. Some days i'll put chocolate chips on it (.5 TBS) ORRRRRRRR if i'm really craving something... i'll use nutella instead of pb. it's a lil treat to myself.

I'm right there with you. I try not to think about the numbers too much because then it turns into this weird competition. just go with it and trust the process :)

That is crazy. Soy milk has some controversy but BANANAS?!?!?!? I eat those everyday and guess what - I'm down 20 pounds.
