Yup! But as others have said this is definately a bigger mental hurdle than physical and by week 5 you defo get better at thinking BRING IT ON! I've just done week 5 run 2, something I dreaded at the beginning. But if I can do it you defo can too! :-)

Very true! Especially about the leg muscles! Can't believe my thighs. I do the runs every other day unless life has got in the way, but have found that when I do it back to back I just dont have the stamina. So always try generally to do every other day and do Zumba/netball/body attack in between. Never in a million years…

I love a beer every now and again though admittedly I will drink something like a corona as its relatively low in comparison to others whilst I'm being conscious of calories. But generally I drink wine or gin and slimline tonic or whiskey and diet coke to go for lowest cal options that I like. Nicer in the warm weather too…

My god you must have willpower! I'd give in eventually Esp when it's a tough day at work. Glad I work in my own dept at times like that!

It doesn't send the, itself but it does tell you how many you've burned so you can input it yourself

I used to be so sporty as a kid but like you, hated running with a passion. I have started doing c25k podcasts the last 2 weeks in a bid to get fitter for netball, which I have now also started playing again. Now I've started getting ideas about running a 10k next summer with hopes of a half marathon poss the year after as…

I always said I wouldn't do Zumba (I didn't think I had the confidence to shake my ample butt in public) but have now been going for about 10 weeks. It's great!

I haven't played since school and have got back into it through 'back to netball' sessions that we have here for ladies who haven't played for a while and you are right-I cannot believe how hard it is compared to when I was younger! But it has really motivated me to get fit which Is great and I love being part of a daft…
