I'd like a girlfriend that has a sense of humour and doesn't take life too seriously, they'd have to be trustworthy/loyal, they would have to be considerate of others, they would have to want a fully committed relationship, they would have to allow me my own freedom from time to time, they'd have to be willing to put up…

This is a great topic. My reasons for changing include: 1) Feeling happier in body and mind 2) Not feeling as tired/ out of breath when doing the simplest of exercise 3) I want to feel happy and more confident 4) I want to prove to others and myself that I can start and stick to something and come out better at the end of…

You've done amazingly well. Well done. I'm sure that you're an inspiration to many :D

I've added you. I'm glad that you're feeling better, we can do this. :D
-
Feel free to add me if you wish. I'm very supportive and I want to help others to achieve their goals whilst I'm able to achieve mine.

Don't worry about it, you'll be fine. You did go over by much and even if you do some days then it is not going to nullify everything that you have done. It's not like you're going to put any weight back on immediately. Keep it up and just be a little patient because you'll see results soon and you'll realise that it was…

I've just recently restarted my healthy lifestyle change and I'd like like to lose 8 stone to begin with.(eventually) I'm always looking for new friends. Feel free to add me. :D

I'm able to find redheads attractive, but it can depend on whether it suits them or not. It's mostly about their personality for me though.

Mine would be pizza as I can eat far too much of it.

Feel free to add me. I'm very supportive :D

I restarted my healthy eating plan because I've been fed up for a long time about the way that I look and feel about myself. I've realised that if I continued eating the way that I was then I could end up dying early or I'll get to a stage where I'll never be able to get in shape and be happier again.(my mental health was…

I only weigh myself once every two weeks and I used to be obsessed with weighing myself. It can really get you down if you don't see what you'd like to and some people tend to give up when they feel like they aren't making enough progress. You're not going to notice an accurate change if you weigh yourself too often so…

That's fantastic. You're looking great and you should be very proud of yourself as I'm sure that you are. Well done :D

You're an inspiration to me because I've always been overweight and over the years my weight has continued to spiral out of control which was mostly because of my poor diet and eating habits. I also lost weight last year, however I also piled the weight back on and more. Well done, you're doing great so keep it up. :D

There isn't any need to feel guilty. It was only a portion of fries so it's not the end of the world besides you're still allowed to eat. You should still eat your Dinner as a portion of fries are nothing and I'm sure that you'll be fine.

I'm only 21 (soon to be 22) but my greatest accomplishment so far is achieving a Merit in a BTEC First Diploma in Children's Care, Learning & Development Level 2 course that I did back in 2009/2010.

Hello Lisa, my name is Ben. I've just restarted recently again on MFP after a fairly successful 2013 of weight loss when using it, however for some reason I ended up just giving up suddenly so I'm back and this time it's for keeps. We can all do this. Feel free to add me if you wish and that applies to everyone. I'll…

Daily is too often. In my opinion you should weigh yourself once every week or two because you're not going to get an accurate reading by doing it daily and it can get you down if you don't see what you'd like to see.

You're an inspiration to many I'm sure and you look fantastic. Well done :D

If I were you I would only weigh myself once a week at most because you're not going to lose much/gain (if anything) in one day otherwise you just become obsessed with weighing yourself and if you don't lose what you'd like to then it can ruin your whole; trust me I've been there, however I only weigh myself once every 2…

What a great story. You've done so well, well done. Keep up the great work. I've only been going to the gym for 5 days as of today and I've been feeling so much better as of late. (more confident, positive and happier) We've got this! :D

You are all looking fantastic, well done. One day I hope to share my success story with all of you (I have only just re-started my healthy plan so it'll probably be a while.) It just proves that it can be done. :D

Well you've reached the bottom so the only way is up. You can turn your life around. I've always been heavy, but over the years my weight has spiralled out of control. It's not that I haven't ever lost weight, it's just that I've never been able to maintain momentum and remember why I'm doing, however that stops this time…

No woman has showed me that kind of attention in years. I probably wouldn't realise if a woman was 'hitting' on me anyway.
-
You've done an excellent job, well done. I'm sure that you're very pleased with yourself as you should be. :D

No, it will not hurt to have a bag of chips or to eat anything 'unhealthy'. It's all about moderation, thinking about it sensibly so you';re not eating it too regularly and you're allowed to enjoy yourself from time to time. One day here and there will not hurt your progress, but if you exercise then you'll get better…
