I'm 21 (almost 22) and I'm from the UK. I've just recently returned to this site, however this time I'm going to make sure that I stick around. Feel free to add me. Welcome back.

Tomorrow is another day so you can definitely turn things around. We all slip up from time to time, but the important thing is to remember how far you've come so that you don't just give up. You can do it.

Such an inspirational story. You look amazing. Well done :)

I'm from the UK. I've added you and anyone else can feel free to add me. :) For snacks I'll generally eat fig rolls, weightwatchers biscuits, peanut butter or jam on bread, raisins, chicken or a piece of meat. E.G Turkey.

What an inspirational story. I love reading stories like these and one day I'll be able to share mine. Keep up the great work. :)

Anyone can add me if they wish. I have been on here for over a month and I am very supportive to all. :)

The Metal Gear Solid series, no doubt.

You've done great. Well done. I'm sure that you're very proud of yourself as you should be and It's great that you are trying to help others. :)

I used to weigh myself every day because I'd obsess over my weight and I wanted to see quick results, however it's not going to happen that way. I'm only going to weigh myself once a month from now on.

I drink smoothies quite often which I make at home. My favorite smoothie so far is Strawberry and Banana, but there are lots of different combinations, however I usually stick to my favorite.

You're doing amazingly well. There has been a big change already and you should be very proud of yourself. Keep it up :)

I kept telling myself that I didn't really care about the way that I looked anymore, however deep down I hated the way that I looked and I also felt fine most of the time so I wasn't really worried.

You've done amazing so far so keep it the good work. Just think of the results at the end and the weight that you would ideally like to be and then continue to push yourself. Don't give up! You've come so far. :)

That's fantastic, well done :)

I'm about 5'8 and my current weight is 126kg (around 220lbs) and I'd love to get down to 200lbs to begin with.

I've added you. Anyone can add me if they want :)
-
Our weight fluctuates all of the time and 1lb is nothing so don't dwell on it otherwise you may just give up. You can be focused, but you may have to change your mindset. It's unfortunate that you have toothache. I wish you a speedy recovery :)

Feel free to add me. I love helping to keep people motivated and I could do with some encouragement/support from time to time in order to remain on track :)

You're doing fantastically well. I'm glad that you're feeling happier and becoming more confident. You've come this far so I believe that you'll definitely reach your desired weight. :) I've had a couple of bad days too since I began with my healthy eating plan, however I'm not going to allow myself to quit now. After all…

A loss is a loss so there isn't anything wrong with feeling proud of yourself. Keep it up. I wish you the best of luck :)

That's great, well done. Keep it up :)

To me it is more about weight, but I also want to feel fitter and happier with the way that I look.

I could agree with this post more. I agree with most of the people that have posted that it sounds like it is more about having low self esteem.

You should just do it and not worry what anyone else thinks. I've been overweight pretty much all of my life and taking my shirt off when going swimming used to horrify me and as a result I used to cover up , however nowadays I'm not bothered by what people think of me. I'm still occasionally hard on myself though when I…
