Exercise: yes, 30 min yoga plus about an hour walking while wearing baby. Calories: yes Tracked: yes I feel for you all in the bitter cold and snow! We are in the lovely sunshine and mild temps in Albuquerque NM. My kids would love if it snowed, but I don’t think it’s in the cards!

Haha @RangerRickL that’s perfect for me today! Taking pass day #1. Just didn’t get around to logging a single thing and don't have the mental energy to go back and do it. Busy day cleaning, shuffling kids around, visiting family, etc. here’s to better health tomorrow
