  • @Katmary71 I am not very experienced in meditation and mindfulness, but I am about one month into the journey of making it a daily habit. I use a couple of different apps and guided meditations and am learning to incorporate mindful activity as well. I really enjoy and recommend the Healthy Minds app.

  • I think actually measuring and or weighing good is absolutely key. When we guess, we tend to underestimate quantities. Today yes x3, 25 min strength training
