@Katmary71 I am not very experienced in meditation and mindfulness, but I am about one month into the journey of making it a daily habit. I use a couple of different apps and guided meditations and am learning to incorporate mindful activity as well. I really enjoy and recommend the Healthy Minds app.

I would honestly love to go to in person classes, but I havenβt been able to make it work lately with the amount of things we have going on. I just try to fit in a littleβ¦

July 22 Daily goals: Bible/prayer β Exercise β Drink at least 64 oz water - β Followed food plan: 95% The energetic temptation that I find most useful to avoid is sugar. It messes with my brain and tries to get me to keep having more, so itβs best for me to avoid it. My energy and mood are much better without it too.

Sometimes I have a hard time sticking to the plan though, especially with portions and snacks. Do you find that challenging at all, and what do you do about that?

I havenβt been doing too great remembering to post my daily goals, but hereβs today. July 16 Daily goals: Bible/prayer β Exercise β Drink at least 64 oz water - ? Followed food plan - not too great. Also forgot to weigh in - will do tomorrow. Havenβt had the best week sticking to goals and good habits, but will keep going.
