  • Yes x3, 60 min yoga class I have four kids, ages 8 and under, so yes sleep is a challenge for me! By the time I get everyone to bed I need a little alone time so I don’t get to bed as early as I should. And sometimes little people wake me up in the night. But I do my best :)

I find that planning my meals the night before and then just adjusting quantities or changes throughout the day is super helpful in staying under my calorie goal.
