    Hi everyone, so happy to be a part of this! Hope its ok I adjusted the "daily post form", but this will help me understand what I am tracking and posting as I develop the habit of logging my calories, exercise, and water. Also, is it ok to post questions here? Or is there another area for questions? Is it ok I come back throughout the day to update this?

    Please feel free to add me as an MFP friend, I need as many MFP buddies as I can get!

    This is my first-time quote, so please bear with me, if I have misquoted.
    I wanted to update my original post, unfortunately, I went over my calories this evening...I was so close, but I need to learn to stay within my calorie range. So I believe that means I have a daily pass for today.

    Here is the updated post:
