Yes, I cross country skied for 51 minutes through our pastures; it was amazing!!! I stayed within my calorie count and made rice noodles to go with my stir fry for the first time; peanut sauce. Mmmmm. I also kept track of EVERYTHING I ate and drank. Good Day.10

Glad to be back after not doing so well in December and dealing with the holidays. This will be my third month with UAC and I will looking forward to having a strong finish this month. Congrats to all the winners in December. Very impressive.7 -

This morning I went to a Boot Camp at my gym, it was actually an marvelous accomplishment for me. It’s been a class I’v been hesitant to get attend but was actually fun!

Hi everyone, so happy to be a part of this! Hope its ok I adjusted the "daily post form", but this will help me understand what I am tracking and posting as I develop the habit of logging my calories, exercise, and water. Also, is it ok to post questions here? Or is there another area for questions? Is it ok I come back throughout the day to update this?

FYI - UAC is an "honor system" as for reporting. You can update within the hour of an original post or quote a prior post as you did in this instance. That is perfectly OK. UAC team mates keep track of their own pass days through the month and report to @RangerRickL near the very end of the month as to individual outlook for making Winner's Circle.
So pleased to have everyone with us this month! The support of each team mate is most helpful to keep every one of us focused on the positive influence we can have on each other as well as results. I'm very blessed to be a part of this UAC team...and hope everyone else concurs that UAC is a positive experience.
