Exercised?: Yes - completed 5K Parkrun (walk) which took 50 minutes.

Beloved has been cultivating some sort of germ warfare and decided I would be a prime candidate to pass it onto - not quite what I had planned for the beginning of 2019 so no exercise, hardly anything to eat but I'm having plenty of fluids11 -

Really meant to skip swimming and go surfing but the water being around 3 C made me rethink about surfing...and falling...uh!7 -

Hi everyone, so happy to be a part of this! Hope its ok I adjusted the "daily post form", but this will help me understand what I am tracking and posting as I develop the habit of logging my calories, exercise, and water. Also, is it ok to post questions here? Or is there another area for questions? Is it ok I come back throughout the day to update this?

Ive started the new year with a cold so had to cancel my swimming plans (and family lunch) and spent most of the day in bed. Hope you've all had a better day!

Exercise - yes. Had to do you tube session in hotel then went for a walk.
Tracking - yes. Ate my planned chicken salad. Will finish with fruit and yoghurt for the day.
Calories - I’m within my allowance for the day.

20 minutes on the rowing macHine and an hour strength training this morning. Good 50 minute schooling session on the horse this afternoon.
While I enjoyed the holidsts, I am grateful to be back to a kess-hectic normal ... and back in the groove and looking forward to being in the winner's circke at the end of the month.11 -

A great headstart to a healthier year, feeling awesome, I really missed having a fit lifestyle. I have many plans and goals for the year, might start off that list by making Croissants this week lol (maaaybe) 💖9 -
