Exercise: Pilates 27 minutes. Wow! I did not know you could get so sweaty in a stationery position

No, I will not make it to the winner's circle this month but I will keep trying. This month has turned out to be so much more complicated on a personal level than I anticipated. While I exercise daily and am mostly good with my food, there were days where I just let go of tracking because life got in the way. And I suppose if I am honest, those were not my best food days either. I will work on it again in February. Thanks to Rick and everyone for being here.6 -

Even though we have a small snowblower, I shoveled snow for my exercise today. Fortunately, it wasn't the heavy, wet stuff, but there was about 5-6 inches. Now comes the deep freeze for the next couple days.
Yes, I do believe I will qualify to be in the winners' circle for the first time ever. I believe I've been doing this challenge on and off for a couple years. I have taken no pass days yet.8 -

As for today's discussion (sorry I have been bad about not looking at them, I will try to be better going forward) - I have 18 passes for Jan : ) However, I have learned alot, and seen where the some of the issues I struggle with to meet my goals. February goal for me to have fewer pass days than January. I am looking forward to Feb with everyone!

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes -- 3 mile run this morning, plus lots of walking during work and lunch, and lots of dancing around during band rehearsal tonight. Ending the day with over 21,000 steps!
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and slightly under.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!
I have not used on pass day yet and I don't plan to, so I know I'm in the Winner's Circle for January! Doing that has helped me lose almost 5 lbs since the New Year. I plan to do the same in February.

I have used 3 passes but am striving for the winners circle! I've got tracking down now, exercise is totally normal routine to me (and an enjoyable escape). It's staying in calorie budget that is tough sore days since I'm trying to lose so I don't allow for eating back exercise calories. It's been a great challenge! Deciding if I'm up for another month of daily reporting.3 -
