    Yes x 3 today. Rowing machinec30 kin and pool exercises 60 min. Last time on the horse until Friday ... it will be beyond cold here the next 3 days.

    Nice walk but cold. We think snow is on its way.
    Stuck to salad and yoghurts.
    Tracked. Trying to use right macros.
    slightly over on sugar and fats. So need to study that a bit more.

    Definitely no winners circle for me this month. Took 4 or 5 pass days. Will attempt again next month!

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes -- 3 mile run this morning, plus lots of walking during work and lunch, and lots of dancing around during band rehearsal tonight. Ending the day with over 21,000 steps!

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and slightly under.

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!

    I have not used on pass day yet and I don't plan to, so I know I'm in the Winner's Circle for January! :D Doing that has helped me lose almost 5 lbs since the New Year. I plan to do the same in February.
