If you sign in at the end of the day, there will only be 3 days left in the January UAC Challenge. It's time to start sharing whether you believe you will be a Winner's Circle Qualifier.
I intend to be. I've only got one Pass Day this month. That is less than usual for me. I did not make it last month. Too many family events last month.
BTW: Thanks for the many Happy Anniversary greetings. I do appreciate your congratulations!

Tracked?: Yes - all tracked.
I've only used one pass day this month so I'm definitely on track to qualify for the Winners Circle! I'm so proud of myself, and so thankful for the motivation this group has given me. Looking forward to next month - aiming for the Winners Circle again9 -

Public holiday today. Good weather so I went out flying.
First day of school year tomorrow. Daughter will be starting year 10. In Australia, after end of year 12 is university, or college as the US call it.
With school going back, my wife is looking forward to re-establishing routine. Despite the lack of regular waking over the school break (usually walks after taking daughter to school), with the keto diet and the fasting she has maintained both good blood sugar readings and weight loss achieved last year. So proud of what she has done (and is continuing to do).
Also daughter is in an amateur theatre company production tomorrow night (and nightly performances for the remainder of the week).
@RangerRickL. Have been tracking the entire month, even though I got too busy to post. I have only had 2 pass days. (I am also struggling to re-gain a couple of pounds, still a little low).9 -

January 27: pass. Didn't track. Ate out twice and didn't want to figure out calories and write down every single thing I ate
January 28: Pass.
Not a good month of January but at least I participated until the end12 -
GOAL!!! I will be starting the February challenge officially in maintenance
Needless to say, I am very pleased. This challenge has been extremely helpful over the past 4 months as the rate of weight loss slowed down. I am looking forward to continuing on as I figure out how to live in maintenance.

I have used no pass stayed on track and lost over 20 lbs since the first of the year and have another 10 lbs till my reassessment to see if I need to go lower or start building back up yet. For me this is a life change not a diet and I don’t ever plan on going back.

Have used 2 pass days to date. Barring unforeseen circumstances, I intend to make Winner's Circle. Congrats to all. Showing up on this forum makes you a winner every day. It's been a good month, and hats off to all those who are finishing strong even if the criteria for Winner's Circle are not met. Perseverance counts, as you build success!7
