Exercise? Yes, I finished the YouTube Paris walk today with another 1 hour 8 minutes alternating low impact aerobics and brisk walking. I enjoyed the sightseeing as I followed along in my living room. It sure beat being outside in the cold and snow on icy sidewalks.

We did a hike to another waterfall in Costa Rica today. It had 500 steps with steep inclines. I did much better than expected. It was so much fun. Loved the falls
My daughter who exercises a lot told me how proud she was of me both yesterday and today. My husband who does not exercise as much had a much harder time. Thanks to this challenge and @RangerRickL I'm much more physically fit than before.

I'm so out for the month...having a hard time! With mom in the hospital I just don't have time for me!! Trying to keep up with all my challenges has been tough....will keep checking in when I have time!!9

This was my Fitbit yesterday when I was able to hike the difficult trail to the waterfall. I'm so proud of this accomplishment. This is definitely a record for me!!! Thanks to this awesome group we can do amazing things with the encouragement of each other.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 3 mile run on the treadill this morning, and 48 minutes of barre workouts (lower body and arms) after work.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and under!
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!

Exercise: Yes. Coaching baseball for 2 hours. A little under the weather so I will be taking the rest of the week off the gym to recover, but will still get exercise around the house and by coaching.

Finished my last public workshop of the month. Thank goodness! Yesterday's teaching of a major continuing legal education program takes a lot out of me. Nothing like lecturing in front of 100 critical peers.

I find this group and MFP in general to be incredibly encouraging and supportive. I love reading everyone’s posts. I always feel like a cheerleader while reading and that keeps me motivated. I especially like reading when you are all simply being nice to each other. So simple right? Just being kind.5 -
January 24, 2019:
EXERCISE: Had to take my cat to the cardiologist, which involved lugging him around quite a distance (and he's 17 pounds!) Logged over 11,000 steps in total.
CALORIES: Under. 2290 target; 2764 consumed - 617 burned = 2147 net, which is right where I want it. Hit my protein target, was over on fats, and under on carbs. Not too shabby.
