    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 3 mile run on the treadill this morning, and 48 minutes of barre workouts (lower body and arms) after work.

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and under!

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!

    Great job everyone. One more week in the month. We can do it! Weekend ahead - I am ready to make it a healthy one and feel good when Monday rolls around. Hope you are too.
