Exercised?: Yes - 30 minute moderate pace walk.
Calories?: Yes - well under.
Tracked?: Yes - all tracked. Had to estimate my lunch calories (half a restaurant meal) but I'm fairly confident i overestimated the number on my tracker. I'm also happy i only ate half the meal instead of scoffing the whole thing!10 -

Been hectic at work over the last few weeks, so have not been posting. (Have been to Brisbane for work, twice, drone racing on weekends, birthdays, social functions, and organising to rescue a local drone racing club).
Still been tracking and walking and exercising.
Only one pass day and that was because of lack of exercise. Still tracked and in budget every day.
In fact, have been too far UNDER budget and am a little on the light side at the moment (about 1kg - or 2lbs) under my comfortable minimum.
Will try get back to posting and reading more often.
Expecting 44C (111F) temperatures tomorrow.9 -

Fingers crossed. After pass days for the past two Thursdays, I am focusing on breaking the Thursday hex today. Really don't want to take that 3rd pass day for the month. Fortunately, after I survive today, there is only one more Thursday left in Jan!

Is it just me or does this seem an awfully long month, my walking outdoors has been limited due to everywhere covered in black ice, my legs are aching due to being tense trying no to end up on my backside10 -

Exercise yes, 10 min quigong, 30 min happiness yoga - felt I was being a bit too happy today with everyone else not so...120 min cleaning, bit of overtime for me! 50 min walk
