  • That’s a great encouragement, @HASWLRS Thank you. I know it wasn’t for me but we can all use your encouraging words. I have been feeling extremely unmotivated for some reason, not logging or anything. Not sure what my deal is but I appreciate this safe place where everyone has the ups and downs.
  • @HASWLRS are you using the app or a computer? That has happened to me with the app and if I close it then wait a minute before re-opening it, it will restart and be fine. You’ve probably already tried that. Technology is super annoying sometimes!

  • @miroller do you do all your Les mills classes at the gym, or do you do Les mills on demand at home? I had been thinking of trying that.
  • April 4 I had a weird day, with a stomach ache and low appetite all day. But it was my son’s 8th birthday and we went to a trampoline park, so I jumped and climbed a little with the kids even though I didn’t really feel like it. That was it for exercise.   • All great thoughts @HASWLRS :) Another simple thing I do is (when I have my act together) when I should be done eating for the day I brush and floss my teeth so that I won’t eat again (too much trouble to brush and floss again) ;)
