My report:
Big Stressful, but exhilirating day of presenting to 120 attorneys at a continuing legal education. It probably does not sound like fun to you, but I love to teach and this was a fun day for me.
Calories: Way under because I don't eat before or during a speaking performance
Exercise: 37 minutes of walking at 3 mph
Tracking: good
If my memory serves me, I don't think I have taken a Pass day this month. I'll go back and check.6 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes -- double workout day. 3 mile run + abs in the morning, 50 minute strength training focused on the back in the afternoon.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes! Was under and even had two cookies.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!
I'm all signed up for February! I wouldn't miss it -- I want to keep this good thing going. Thanks @RangerRickL!6 -

Picture of my daughter and I. We hiked up a long trail then down an outrageous amount of steps to see a waterfall in Costa Rica then back up. The incine and the mud was brutal. Unfortunately not maintained very well through a lot of the path. The sheer beauty was so worth ithe effort. So happy to be able to meet the challenge. I think waterfalls are my favorite thing to see now. I love the hiking and the beaury.

Pass Day. I didn't know exactly how to track the leftovers. I did get on the treadmill, which helped to offset the calories. Sodium in the Chinese food has created havoc with water weight gain. It least that is what I am hoping it is from.6

Calories?: Nope. Epic fail. I bought some chocolate and chips thinking I could keep them at home for snack another day but... Note to self: don't bring temptation home.
