    Just completed another 30 minute segment of the 3 hour YouTube walking tour in Paris. Nice to see the sights we visited in 2017 when we were in Paris. If any of you are interested...you could fasten your iPad or phone to your treadmill. I don't have a treadmill or an exercise bike so I just alternate low impact aerobics and power walking/jogging in place. I cast the YouTube video up on the TV screen with Google Chrome.

    And this makes it pass day #3. I just didn't feel like exercising tbh. Just couldn't bring myself to do it.

    Oh well, only 10 more days in January.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes -- sunny yet chilly 3 mile run this morning. Ending the day with over 19,000 steps.

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and under

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!

    Thanks for posting about the gymnast! So great.
    I had s rough weekend, made some unhealthy choices. Did some soul searching and figuring out why. Back on track today.

    Exercise: yes, about 2 hours cleaning

    Calories: No. Loss of self control with chips and queso at Mexican restaurant doomed me today.
