Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes -- 50 minutes this morning of strength, including a Daily Burn Spartan Workout, abs and outer thigh burnout. Then after work 3 mile run on the treadmill.

Thank you! Everything is just clicking into place. What you explained now supports how I’ve been innately not eating back exercise. I do eat an extra 100 or so on days of 60 minutes or more of intense cardio.
I have another year to go to get to a BMI where I have to think about this too hard.
I feel like I just leveled up in my journey to better health.5 -

Stepped on the scale this morning and found that I gained some of the weight I had lost last week. I know that I shouldn’t think about it too much and have to just hold on. Fingers crossed 🤞 staying positive.8 -

I am happy that I actually hit my calorie range. Of course, I didn't get on the treadmill so I have a pass day, but I am getting there finally!
I really liked reading what @RangerRickL said, that we will fall down a lot when learning a new way to walk. Changing old bad habits for new healthy ones take a little bit of time, but I am determined to get it done. I need to get healthy for my kid, and for myself. I will keep on keeping on! : )7 -

Sometimes it's just life that catches up with you. Too many commitments, stress, health issues ect,ect. It's easier to just ignore your body. Heck, almost everybody else does just look at obesity in the US. New habits have to be learned and worth continuing. Having a healthy lifestyle goes a long way toward our happiness, health.
