  • Thanks for offering this challenge. It makes it so much easier to approach movement in chunks to reengage. I have lost 13 as of today, 6 of which have been with My Fitness Pal, so 24 hours this month seems very doable. Even in the rain, I can get a 30 minute goal achieved. Looking at this over 30 days is much less…
