Feb. 4 No, No, Yes. I started the day out well, but then had lunch out with my husband. I made fairly healthy choices, but couldn't find any calorie lists/weights/anything to estimate my calorie count. Then gave up for the rest of the day. :( But, back on track today!! Good luck everyone!

Any thoughts on how long it takes your body to adjust to drinking more water? I have never been big on fluids, which I know is so unhealthy.
