  • December 10th and 11th Did I stay within the calorie budget I set for myself today? Yes and Yes. Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes (walking around the market, took it easy that day) and Yes (exercise bike) Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes and Yes.
  • December 9th Did I stay within the calorie budget I set for myself today? Yes. Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes - more time on the exercise bike. :-) Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes.
  • December 8th Did I stay within the calorie budget I set for myself today? Yes. Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes. Dec. 8 - done. Now 25% of the way through the hardest month of the year. Keep up the good work everyone!! :bigsmile:

Had a lunch date with DH today, so I set my limit for "maintaining" instead of "losing" today, and enjoyed it. :-) Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. 35 minutes on the exercise bike. Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes.
  • Today was rough! I was too busy this to exercise in the a.m. like I usually do, and I was very tempted to skip it altogether ... BUT this challenge helped keep me focused on my goals!   • Great job!! I usually don't exercise on the weekend b/c I am off of my regular schedule, but this month, I have a goal of doing something active for at least 20 minutes every day. And I did it! I started the month off right by putting in 20 minutes of walking and light weights on Sunday. Woo-hoo! :-)
