I weight-in daily, although everyday does not show progress. Doing it this way I'm able to stop any bad habits before it becomes a real problem. I loving seeing the scale go down so if it doesnt "every day" i try extra hard the following day to reward myself with seeing progress on the scale.

BMI number might surprise everyone. It really looks like you have a small frame which would really make your BMI go off the charts. You dont look fat and we all know BMI #'s are a joke.

If I eat subway, I use the calculator from their website which does not seem to count calories from veggies. It does recognize the addition by adding more grams to the weight of the sandwich but it does not add calories.

Through my experience positive reinforcement doesnt work, neither does being mean about it. Sometimes people gain weight and change into someone else completely.

Not saying its your fault, but honestly when I come across friends that are in the rut its because they arent counting all calories. When I'm in the weight room I dont smile at anyone, I dont talk to anyone, I'm focused. In my opinion maybe they were just trying to get their workout in. I wouldn't give yourself an excuse to stop. You should do the bike extra long today just for thinking this. If you want a break take a few days off but stay on your diet. There are other ways around plateaus than STOPPING.

I've taken all kinds of energy pills since I was in high school. Most worked but I was never consistent with them. Honestly I got some N2KTS for pre workout supplement and I can feel it all day. I feel great with it!

If its a calorie you should log it. But I've never logged gum, since I know I burn more than 5 calories chewing it. I had a Hershey kiss the other day and I logged it. Was only like 20 calories.

Indiana here, I love pasta(macaroni) in my chili. We also dip peanut butter sandwiches in chili, so much so that it was served to us at school with lunch! We like grilled cheese with tomato soup too! Hot sauce on eggs! The list goes on....

You're so thin that your stomach wont hold much food. You need to focus on high-calorie foods. In fact, you might go look for a weigh-gainer at GNC or something. They're usually packed with calories and other things. They are shakes so they will digest quickly and you'll be hungry again soon.

I only feel guilty if its something I cant measure calories on. If its home made you can add up the calories in all the ingredients and divide to get your serving size. If I cant measure THEN I feel regret only because I could go over my calorie goals for the day. One thing to remember is that MFP gives you a calorie goal…

Your net calories are WAY too low! Some days you're telling me you're only taking in 500 calories NET?! I would drop the shakes and eat a real meal. Or cut back at the gym.
