I wouldnt put too much thought into finding "Friends" that have a similar body type. Honestly, we all have the same struggles(NOM NOM NOM). Everyone is motivating here no matter how "deep in the mud" you are.

I'm sure they've got some type of chicken soft tacos or a chicken taco salad. Sometime's it's easier to make it a cheat meal just to not hear them ask you about your eating habits. You also do NOT need to eat the whole thing if you feel you're cheating too much.

I have subway literally everyday for lunch and I'm down 60 lbs. I can usually get a 6" and stay under 400 calories no matter the sandwich.
