I am in! So far I have lost 58 pounds, gained 14 back. Since June of 2016. I haven't given up yet, just finding it hard to stay on track. Hoping this will help keep me accountable.

I'm back! Thank you all for linking arms for this journey - so much easier with friends. I don't set weight goals with time limits because we cannot control the number on the scale, only our actions, but I'm hoping to hit 150 this time around, and getting back to the 140s would be lovely (haven't seen 'em since I started a metabolism reset in Nov & hit 150 in Feb). On that reset (which involved slowly increasing calories until I hit TDEE - maintenance equilibrium) I regained 12 lbs to 156, then slowly dropped back to ~152 by May & maintained there for 6 months at ~1850-1950 calories/day. So much better than starving! Anyway, this round is the first in which I've cut calories a little more drastically - 1500ish - and I plan to stay at that level for these 10 days, then increase slightly for a while. Way TMI, right? Just thinking "out loud." :-) Good luck on the journey, all!

Goal - increase level of exercise (walking and swimming). Reduce my average weight for the round from 139.75.

This round I will be on a business trip in the USA. My goals are to not gain and to:
1., Keep being active,
2., No snacking,
3., Drink lots of water,
4., Eat small portions,
5., Avoid sugar
I'm working towards a very special day. I need to see 189 on or before Oct. 19th. That gives me 20 days to lose 2 lbs. I KNOW I can do this. Even if it has taken me 4 months to lose 10 lbs.
