10/1 255.2 -- Too much salt & “après diary” snacking. I must do further work on my head to overcome this tendency to eat late at night when no one’s watching. Who is watching anyway? This is some deep, psychological *kitten* this weight loss stuff.

9/30 - 217.0. Starting off strong. I am going to the in-laws today for thanksgiving dinner and then it is my 1 year anniversary tomorrow and we are going out for dinner. This is also the last week of the 9 week Biggest Loser challenge so i need to finish strong.
10/1 - 218.0 up from eating a bit of cake and salty foods yesterday but i am very pleased with this number as I could easily have been 5lbs! I am heading out for a walk today with the baby and I hope to make it to the gym today! It's my 1 year anniversary but my husband is sick in bed so I'm trying to make the most of it!

9/30- 197.6 - I had been steady at 199.6 for several days, before I made a post in this challange last night. 197 was my goal, so I adjusted it. Happy with this loss. Calorie intake was a tad bit over yesterday. My husband made popcorn late and I had a couple handfulls.
10/1- 199 - First day since I've started a couple weeks ago that my weight has gone up a significant amount. I know why. I ate like cheap yesterday. Homecoming shopping with my son, stopped at McDonald's and has a cheese burger, then after we dropped them off we had pizza, and I had way more than I should have. Today is a new day. Moving forward.

9/30 - 176.4. Nice drop! Yesterday I ate super clean and made sure to get my water in. I've had a cold, so I've hardly moved, though. I'm hoping to get a walk or hike in today. This is my first full 10 day challenge and I'm excited to be involved.
10/1 - 177.2 I ate clean again yesterday and went on a hike. I'm recovering from a cold, so I turned around sooner than I'd planned, but I still did 3 miles and managed over 11,000 steps for the day. I've started ignoring MFPs calories and going off my Fitbit. MFP routinely gives me almost 300 calories more than my fitbit says I should eat, so I'll play around with this and see what happens. I had 2 NSVs victory - 1) I made a vegetarian dinner and really enjoyed it, and 2) I realized my weight would likely pop up today, and when it did, I didn't feel discouraged. This challenge is already helping me, thank you! Today I'm smoking tri-tips for dinner; portions may be an issue because they are delish!

Back for another round making this my second round! I learned a lot from the first one! Hoping to do at least as good as the last round hopefully better!

9/30-179.0- this is higher for me then yesterday but oh well! I’m sure it will go down the more I work at it! Will stay in calories and plan on having a late night workout!
10/1 179.4- could have been worse! I really need to do better when I open. Those shifts kill my fitness goals! Today will be better! I’m more determined then ever to see that scale go down this month!

1st round
Lose 2 lbs at the end of this round.
132.6 lbs (9/27) lowest weight during this weight loss progress. But it’s been going up and down 1.5 lbs for a couple of days sadly. Need to see the 120’s again so bad! Seems so close... yet so far!!
9/30- 133.4 lbs. Darn sodium. Did cardio for an hr. Felt like a cold is oncoming with severe headache. Ate dinner later than I usually do. Also ate a little over my goal but stayed within maintenance.

@cjsacto not sure what plan you are following but Fat Head Pizza crust (on Keto) is awesome and super easy. It can even be made into crackers.
@rtls Does your friend know you are watching your choice of food? I have not kept my new WOE a secret and my only issue has been not knowing what everyone puts on their potluck dishes. I make the best choices I can and if something has a sweet flavor, I don't eat it. Also avoiding wheat as I am enjoying my knees not hurting!
@shallid1 it will get better, give it a few days.
@nikki062181 beware of the sugar in the cider but DO enjoy a cup!

Well, less than a week to my first race, and last night I ran the 5K distance in 30 minutes exactly. So I've apparently met that goal, and I feel pretty good about things.

10/1 - 71.8kg (158.3) - meh, Saturday night and wine influence. Have done a ‘starvation’ day of 5:2 today so scale will hopefully bounce down tomorrow. Normally Sunday morning weigh ins are around the 73kg mark so this is a positive sign.
10/2 - 72.1kg (159) - WT? No reason for this, stuck to 5:2 low calories, normal exercise undertaken. Just one of those things, hopefully it budges tomorrow though!
