Why use a treadmill? Do strength training and cut calories. You'll look and feel better than doing cardio.

Tone your stomach? What does that even mean? Either you're losing fat or gaining muscle or both. Hula is not a strength building exercise, so then you're losing weight. You're not "toning", whatever that means. And you can't spot reduce fat anyway.

You're asking if this is cardio? What else would it be? Powerlifting?

OP, your question is pointless. Eat if you want to. Don't if you don't want to. If you feel you have no energy, then eat more. Since you're not doing anything taxing like compound lifts, then what you eat doesn't matter unless you're feeling too tired to complete your workout.
