I'm 5ft 10 and currently 160lbs and although I want to be 145 my goal is to rather lift weights and drop inches. Although I still weigh myself I am trying to get out of the habit and focus mores on losing body fat. Good luck ladies :flowerforyou:

Inches now as I'm so desperate to get rid of my butt!! Lol my waist is my smallest part just wish I could get my hips down! Doing 12 week shredded to help me along to my goal :smile:

Thanks for the link Julie, Charissa also look at Mr Price they have weights and may be cheaper. I am wanting to buy the evox protein powder, put off by the cost but if I get a 2kg one then it should last me 2 months. I am nearing the end of the USN one. I heard Evox tastes better. Anyone else tried it?

Well that took longer than expected. Had to look up alternatives as I don't have a barbell Db deadlifts, leg press with the resistant band, lunges with 7kg db, seated calf raise with books and my db on my leg. I did the db shrugs, and then my own crunches and finally the back extension. Feel good my arms are a little sore…

I'm resting about 1 min in between sets. I am mostly struggling with getting motivated to do cardio, I'm really not a big fan and almost feel like it's a chore!! I am going to take pics every 4 weeks as then it's a nice length of time to see some progress. Keep it up everyone you're all doing great :flowerforyou:

So did push ups instead of pull ups, also did it the girly way! Did only 2kg on the db side lateral the 7kg was way too heavy for that. Did db tricep pressdown and db curls. The last 2 I did with 7kg. It was tough. I will probably do some walking today again for some cardio Happy Thursday everyone :happy:

Awesome NSV's ladies I too am wearing clothes that fit me when i was 2kg's lighter 2 years ago. I am just so keen to get rid of all my celulite on my thighs so I can wear a swimsuit at the beach without shorts! There's not alot left so I am really hopeful :bigsmile:

Well did day 2 and right after i did my lunges my muscles cramped up!! ouch and was quite funny! I sat down a little while and then they were fine for me to continue the rest of everything. I've just got done, using dumbbells at home, (well one 7kg one & switching arms) not sure if that makes a difference apart from taking longer. The hardest for me was shoulder press & db curl. With the tricep one I had to go down to 2kg ones! lol. My arms feel like jelly, most of the reps I did was 10 but some were 8. I…
