  • Work stress! I started walking during my lunch hour when work stress gets to me. Plug my iPod into my ears, set the timer, start the tunes and I walk for about 30 mins. (I have an hour for lunch) It helps me a lot. I still do my work out in the morning, so if I need the lunch hour walk , it's bonus exercise I get to log!…
  • My current MFP goal is 45 mins cardio 5 days per week. This is week two and so far I've succeeded. As I'm just starting out on a regular exercise plan, I am focusing on getting my workout in, period. I am planning on working in some weight lifting (Les Mill Pump) in September. Maybe swapping two cardio days for two lift…
  • In 3 months....I would like to have reached my goal weight of 125 lbs. I'm currently 139 lbs. At 1 lb a week, I would be very close. Who wants to write Breakfast: Tim Hortons Med Ice Cap, Tim Horton's Breakfast Sandwich; Snack 20 M&M Peanuts, etc... in their food diary every day! Exercising is a whole other story for me. I don't like to…
  • I followed a C25K also. There are so many different apps out there. And some are free. The one I use runs in the background, so I can listen to my own music. The app prompts me when it's time to run or walk and tells me for how long. The first few weeks your running/walking for maybe 18 mins. Then it increases a few mins…
