Everything was a struggle and I could find clothes. One day: "You're 30 years old and you can't walk that far without being out of breath, getting a purple face, sweating AND feeling like your legs are going to fall off?!" came to my mind. I was ashamed of myself. New journey started!

I know exactly what you're talking about! EXACTLY. I left my boyfriend of four years a few weeks ago. And, even though this is hard as hell, the ME part of everything is on the right track. Food, exercise and mindset are better than ever. Go girl!

She's awesome! Strong and confident. And so tiny, BTW. She's my new, definitive, ultimate response to people who tell me that strength training makes woman bulky/mainly. As if! Way to go, Kacy. She's such an inspiration.

Unbelievable!! Be proud of yourself and of what you've acccomplished. This is inspiring in so many ways!!!

Those are the best moments!!! Enjoy

I started my day crying. But those tears were awesome. Amazing story. Thanks for sharing.

You look incredible!!! So inspirationnal in so many ways! I just ordered the swimsuit!

Depends on what my profile picture shows at the time. It happens. I delete and move on. Never had to block anyone. The weirdest was: "Would you put a picture of yourself with a blonde wig?" Strangely, no, I wouldn't.

^^ This. Exactly."

How tall are you? How much do you work out? Those things matter too. Do you eat treats? I allow myself some chocolate every day. It helps with the urges that lead you to binge
-
Probably EVERYONE on a too much restrictive diet as binged. How many calories a day do you eat?
-
I'll try to think about that as often as possible!

There's no word for how much I love the support system here. Thank you so much for the time you took to put me in the right direction. I'm really really grateful
-
Definitely taking that into account
-
Of course, I keep an open mind. There's no point n asking if you don't want answers. I admit that if I chose a program, I should do it the way it's been written and not considering it like a buffet and take what pleases me. I will DO THE PROGRAM! ;-)

Another question. I've found out that I now miss it on the days I don't work out!! So weird to me... I recon that recovery is crucial. Do some of you workout every day? Like legs day, upper body day, core day? Or full body workout every day? Thanks again to those of you who will take time to answer.

I tried to work out somehow by myself for a while but I didn't know anything about heavy lifting so it was useless at least, counter-productive borderline dangerous at worst. Since about a month I'm educating myself and do Strong Curves
-
At first I tried to do some exercises (with light weight) from a lot of different sources and see how I felt. It lasted about 20 days (10 workouts) and now it's been about a month that I follow Strong Curves but I do feel impressed by some of the exercises. Hip thrusts being one of them. Like I'd be the sole person in the…

So true. It seems way more effective that way!

I now know that, even though I don't necessary feel them, all my muscles are working. It's fine for me this way! I'm eating at a deficit to lose fat and realise that spot reduction is a myth. I just hope to improve the 'quality' of the muscles under those layers of fat for when they're visible
-
Ok, then, I do hump the bar! Good news! ;-) What I meant about hip thursters being intimidating is that I haven't add any weight to them yet. I will from now on.
-
Will try those during tomorrow's workout!
-
4 - I've been intimidated by hip thrusters but I guess I should just give it a try and see if I feel a difference. What do you mean by "hump the bar" (Sorry, not a native english speaker!) 5 - I feel like I mainly leave out my calves (huge cankles, here...) and whatever muscles that are supposed to help preventing the…

Great idea! Thanks.

I had nothing to do with the guy behind walgreens. It wasn't me, I'll deny it until the day I die. That said, I agree with everything else. I hate cardio but it did because supposedly it had to be done. I starved / binged / starved again and cried all along. I did all the 'blabla diets' you can find. I was afraid of carbs…

Damn! Sexy!

@Deltazero: Wouah that's a big arm. Sexy, though...

Definitely sexy!

Being in complete denial about calories intake. Somehow, it was easier...
