Thanks!! I've mostly ate ate deficit while walking 3 or 4 times a week for about 40 minutes each time. Regarding fitness I did 30 Days Shred sometimes (not on a regular basis) and 40 minutes of water aerobic once a week. I don't mind at all. I probably should have write it. I'm 5ft3, and I've lost 18lbs (from 172 to 154) Goal weight 125-130. Definitely don't want to lose the curves so I'll adjust. Still at 33% bodyfat, so there's a lot of room for improvement I don't know about inches loss, I haven't measured.
